In the third quarter of 2024, the top consumer finance apps on iOS in Brazil demonstrated varying trends in downloads and weekly active users, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Nubank: Conta, Cartão e mais saw a fluctuating download pattern, starting the quarter with approximately 133K downloads and experiencing a dip mid-quarter before recovering to around 111K by the end of September. The app maintained a strong base of weekly active users, starting at approximately 10.7M and exhibiting slight growth to 10.9M by the quarter's end.

PicPay: Conta, Cartão e Pix experienced a relatively stable download trend, with numbers hovering around the 70K to 83K range. Weekly active users showed a consistent pattern, beginning at about 1.78M and reaching nearly 1.82M by the last week of September.

Banco Itaú: Conta, Cartão e + demonstrated a notable increase in downloads throughout the quarter. Starting with approximately 52K downloads in early July, the app surged to about 86K by the end of September. Similarly, weekly active users increased from around 1.96M to 2.19M over the same period.

CAIXA had a consistent download rate, with figures ranging from 48K to 81K throughout the quarter. However, weekly active users showed a slight decline from approximately 1.41M to 1.39M by the end of September.

will bank: Cartão de crédito maintained a steady download rate with a slight uptick towards the end of the quarter, reaching around 55K. Weekly active users fluctuated, starting at approximately 514K, dipping mid-quarter, and then rising to about 526K by the quarter's close.
